On-Site repairs have the convenience of “same day” service and the instruments never leave the hospital premises. Full sets can easily be accommodated by an On-Site repair process which makes it a great option for preventative maintenance programs.

- The repair and refurbishment of full instrument sets
- A computer-based system for tracking the date of inspection and which sets have been refurbished

Two Preventative Maintenance Programs
Half Day Preventative Maintenance (HDPM):
For a fixed-price per day, your hospital/clinic will receive:
- Four hours of a trained instrument Repair Technician time providing On-Site refurbishing for full Instrument Sets or key Instruments; the hospital/clinic defines what work is a priority
- The ability for the technician to take away additional items for Off-Site repair at a special discounted price
- A special discounted quotation for any instruments found to be beyond repair
- A full report of the work completed will be provided at completion
- A report of any significant findings and tips for ongoing maintenance
Full Day Preventative Maintenance (FDPM):
For a fixed-price per day, your hospital/clinic will receive:
- Eight hours of a Trained Instrument Repair Technician time providing On-Site repair and refurbishment of instrument sets; the hospital/clinic defines what work is a priority
- Instruments requiring additional parts or service will be shipped to our National Repair Centre and will be repaired at a special discounted price
- A special discounted quotation for any Instruments found to be beyond repair
- A full report of the work completed will be provided at completion
- A report of any significant findings and tips for ongoing maintenance
